One membership for your whole health story.

On every membership, Captain deep-reads and connects your whole health file, answers anything about it, and prepares you for every visit. All three levels are the same product — only the monthly caps differ. Choose the amount that fits your month.

Everything in every membership

The table above is only what differs. This is the product — and every level gets all of it.

  • Captain deep-reads every analyzed record — connected into one knowledge of your case
  • Ask Captain anything — answered from your entire file, cross-referenced across every record
  • Record AI analysis, red flags & next steps
  • Appointments, visit prep & “bring to this visit”
  • Medication lists & interaction checks
  • Custom document creation
  • Lab insights & trends
  • Journal & check-ins — Captain reads them against your records
  • Your full timeline — every visit and result, in order
  • A file system for your records — folders, search, originals kept
  • Annotation, Fill & Sign

Your file is never locked

A limit pauses new work, and there is no overage charge — reach a cap and we tell you and stop. It never stands between you and what you have already added. We show your usage in Settings before you run out, and if you do run out you can buy more usage without changing level.

Nothing is locked in

Move up a level for a hard month and back down after. Cancel any time from Settings. Your account itself is free and stays open for good.

Your data is yours

Encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell it, never share it with advertisers, and never use it to train AI models. Export everything, or delete it, whenever you like.

What you don't use carries forward

On the levels that carry it, unused questions, recording time and record pages carry into the next month and sit there until you need them. Say how much of this month you used, and see what next month holds.

You had 100 unused, but this level carries at most 50.

You had 2.5 hours unused, but this level carries at most 1.25 hours.

You had 75 unused, but this level carries at most 38.

This level carries up to half a month forward. AI documents (25 a month) reset on the 1st either way.

It carries for as long as you're a member and never stacks past the ceiling — three quiet months still means one month's worth carried, not three. Carry-over clears if your membership ends.

Family · included at every level

One medical file that grows with your child

A child's records are the most scattered there are — the pediatrician, an urgent-care visit, the specialist, a school form, a vaccine record on a fridge. Here each child gets one file, from the first visit on, that Captain has read in full and that goes with them.

Their whole history, in one place

Every visit, result, medication and note for that child, organized in their own profile — never mixed with yours. When they leave home, export it and it is theirs.

Captain knows it's a child

Pediatric urgency thresholds apply — a fever in an infant is not a fever in a ten-year-old — and Captain talks to you, the parent, never to the child.

The other parent can connect

They see the same dependents you do. Both parents need their own membership; you invite them by email, confirm their access, and can revoke it any time.

Up to 3 children on $50, 5 on $100, 8 on $200. Everyone draws on the family's shared allowance, which doesn't grow as you add people — two files in a hard stretch is the reason to move up a level, not the number of names.

One thing it isn't, yet

Dependents are built for children you're the legal guardian of. Managing another adult's account — a parent, a partner — needs a different consent process, and we haven't opened it yet.

What analyzing a page actually gets you

"75 record pages" is a number until you know what happens to a page. Four things do, once, when you add it.

A deep analysis of the whole document

Not a summary of the first paragraph — every finding and every value, walked through in the order the report is written and explained in everyday terms. That analysis is what opens when you tap the record.

What looks worth asking about, flagged

With suggested next steps and questions to take to your doctor. It isn't a clinical review, and no flag doesn't mean all-clear.

Lab values lifted into your trends

Each value is pulled out so it can chart over time. You confirm them before Captain treats them as real — nothing enters your trends on a scanning guess alone.

The original, untouched

Nothing is written over your document. The file you uploaded stays exactly as it arrived, one tap away from the analysis.

Once analyzed, the document is part of what Captain draws on — in answers, visit prep, and the documents you build. Storing and viewing a document never uses a page: one you haven't analyzed stays safely stored and viewable, outside that knowledge until you do.

Why it costs what it does

Captain isn't a chatbot answering from general knowledge. It's reading your file.

A general chatbot knows what you paste in. Captain draws on your whole medical history — every record, lab, visit and note — so it can actually understand the question and answer in kind. That is what you are paying for, and it is genuinely expensive to provide.

1

We pay for what goes in and what comes back

AI providers charge for every word their models read and every word they write. Your question is a line. The history Captain has to read alongside it is not — so even a short question is costly when it carries years of records.

2

Pages and recordings cost too

Every page you add is read in full, explained, and has its lab values and findings pulled out. Every recorded visit is transcribed and organized. Fresh work, done once, for you.

3

At full use, most of your fee is the AI

A member who uses their level to the cap costs us nearly the whole membership in direct AI charges.

When a month needs more than your level

If you're arriving with years of paper, most people bring in what matters first and work backwards. Extra pages never expire, and are spent after your allowance and anything carried forward.
